Our History
We have been in the real estate business since 2004. We own property in Northern, Coastal and Central BC and are consistently growing from year to year. We handle all aspects of the business in our office with our staff.

We purchase underperforming commercial and industrial properties and work through management and renovation to optimize cash flow and provide professional spaces that allow businesses to start up or expand.
